A recommendation from someone who knows us can make the first conversation about selling feel easier. If a friend, relative or colleague is considering a move, you can introduce them to Danehurst Estate Agents and take part in our referral scheme.
The scheme offers a £300 reward when the property sale referred to us completes through Danehurst Estate Agents. You can receive the reward yourself or choose to have it donated to a charity of your choice.
Make the introduction at the beginning
Contact the team so that we can record the referral and confirm the arrangements. Please obtain the person’s permission before passing on their contact details, and ask them to mention your name when they get in touch. Recording the introduction early helps avoid uncertainty later.
We will then speak to them about the property, arrange the appropriate first appointment and explain our service. They remain free to decide whether to instruct us.
When the reward is paid
The reward depends on the referred property sale completing through Danehurst Estate Agents. An enquiry, valuation or instruction alone does not trigger payment. The published scheme provides for payment within seven days of completion.
There is no published limit on the number of introductions you can make. Please ask us to confirm the eligibility and terms for each referral, including how your chosen reward or charity donation will be arranged.
